Educational Qualifications

• Foreman (Aeronautical): Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE. Minimum 01 year relevant field experience.
•  Foreman (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology (OR) Master’s Degree in Chemical.
• Foreman Computer (IT): Degree in Computer Engineering or Technology + 01 year experience in relevant field.
• Foreman (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field.
• Foreman (Electronics): Degree in Electronics Engineering or Technology + 01 year experience OR Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics as a special subject OR Degree from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in the relevant field.
• Foreman (Metallurgy): Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in the relevant field. Minimum 01 year experience.
• Foreman (Textile):  Degree in Textile Engineering or Technology (OR) AMIE in relevant field. Minimum 01 year experience in relevant field.
• Deputy Director of Employment: Master’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Commerce or Psychology or Sociology or Social Work or Public Administration or Business Administration. Minimum 05 years relevant experience.
• Assistant Controller of Mines: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Mining Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Labour Officer: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or in any other allied subject. Minimum 03 years experience.
